Consumer Right of Unjustified Withdrawal (after Receipt)

A. In general

  1.  The Consumer has, in particular, the right to withdraw from the Contract without citing any reason (hereinafter "Right of Withdrawal").

B. Conditions of Legal Practice

  1. The Right of Withdrawal is exercised within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Product by the Consumer or by the person indicated by him, during the Order.
  2. The Right is exercised by filling in a relevant form on the Company's website or by sending an email to the Company's email address: info@makis-nikos.gr
  3. After the timely exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, the Company sends the Consumer confirmation of receipt of his withdrawal.

C. Consequences

After the valid exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, the Contract is overturned, with the following consequences:

  1. The Consumer must, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, send the Product to the Company, bearing the total cost of returning the Product.
  2. The Company must, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the Product and the technical control of its condition and functionality, return to the Consumer the, up to that time, legally withheld price of the transaction, minus any amount of reduction of its value, which (if any) is ascertained by the Company, upon receipt of the Product and, of course, is not due to its fault ("DEPRECIATION COST"). The refund of the price is carried out in the same way, in which the price was paid by the Consumer.

D. Return Procedure

1. When returning any of these Products, if, during the Company's technical control, it is established that, before the return, the Consumer or a third party used the Product, which resulted - in any way - in the Product, of any degree, obsolescence of the Product / degradation of its utilitarian and/or aesthetic value, thus a reduction in its sale or resale value, the Company reserves the right to deduct from the refundable price, an amount equal to this degradation / reduction.

  1. The Company, immediately after the technical control of the functionality of the Product, which is returned, via e-mail, informs the Consumer of the exact Cost of Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal
  2. (Cost of Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal = the cost incurred by the Consumer for the complete return of the Product to the Company, after exercising the Right of Withdrawal for any reason, which does not relate to a real defect or lack of an agreed property of the Product, which includes the exact Obsolescence Cost, in accordance with Clause 4C2) and enables him to choose, instead of a refund of the (remaining) Price, his Credit, for a new purchase.
  3.  The refund of the Price is carried out in the same way, in which the Price was paid by the Consumer.
