Credit/Debit Card Details – PayPal details/ SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS

The Company, in case you choose to save your card for future purchases, only keeps and processes the token, the last four details of your card and its expiry date.
In the event that you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, the details of the delivery address are transmitted to Paypal, in order to be able to confirm/prove the correctness of the delivery to that address.

When you submit your order, for some specific categories of products that are subject to the provisions of no. 39a, your VAT number is automatically checked and, if it is confirmed that you fall under this regime, we inform you before completing your order that you are entitled to 0% VAT for the purchase your. In order to subsequently complete the process in question, you are requested to enter the details of the representative as they have been declared by you in the AADE application. After you enter them, your order will proceed, and then it will be re-confirmed with AADE and we will store it in our system.
The above information that we ask you for is part of the specific order and, if confirmed by AADE, is registered and remains in our system (mobile phone and the last 5 digits of the TIN or Passport) for as long as we have an obligation from the tax authorities, and may be re-checked by interfacing with the AADE to verify your continued affiliation to the said VAT exemption regime, but also to confirm the representative, as you have declared him. The process described above will be repeated in its entirety for each of your new orders.

Such transmission only takes place if the customer clicks the CLOSE APPOINTMENT option found in the billing confirmation email entitled "Click Away - Order Billing". With this partner company, a Personal Data Processing Delegation Agreement and the necessary standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data outside the EU have been signed.
